Trade Show Watch: BBI Heads to Colusa Farm Show and Southern Farm Show in Early February

Whether you’re in the farm country of northern California or the Carolinas, BBI has you covered with great ag show experiences.

The month of February starts with a bang, as BBI goes west. Brian Hobson and Denny McCauley head to northern California for the 49th Colusa Farm Show, which takes place February 4-6 at the Colusa County Fairgrounds. Hobson, the newest member of BBI’s sales team and territory manager for the Southwest and western United States, and McCauley, territory manager for the Midwest, join BBI’s partner for the region, Belkorp Ag

The Colusa Farm Show aims to acquaint agriculturalists with the latest in modern farming equipment and techniques.

Hobson and the Belkorp team will display MagnaSpread, BBI’s flagship line of hydraulic spreaders for dry application of fertilizer and lime. Option-rich and optimized for environments ranging from large farms to golf courses, MagnaSpread is the industry leader in cost-in-use, a measurement of efficiency and profitability.

Along with MagnaSpread, Brian and the Belkorp team will feature Endurance, BBI’s flagship line of hydraulic spreaders for application of litter, manure, and other organic materials.  A real difference-maker for diverse farming operations, Endurance enables large producers to turn animal waste into greater profits.  Like its brother MagnaSpread, Endurance sets the bar for precision, power, efficiency, and greater profitability for users in the field.

While Brian attends to BBI’s northern California customer base, Randy Copeland heads to the Southern Farm Show in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Copeland, territory manager for BBI in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic States, will head to the Tar Heel State for what promises to be another great show at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds.   Along with Randy, BBI is sending Russ McEver, head of after-market products, parts, and electronics at the company.

Attended by thousands of farmers from North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina, the Southern Farm Show takes place February 5-7.

BBI will join more than 400 other exhibitors from the world of ag products and services at the Southern Farm Show.  Randy will be showcasing two of the company’s spreaders for application of fertilizer and lime, MagnaSpread and Liberty.  Liberty is BBI’s heritage line of mechanical spreaders for dry application of fertilizer and lime.  Known around the world as the first spreader to feature BBI’s legendary spread pattern, Liberty is sets the standards for durability and precision on mid-sized farms.

Joining BBI at the Southern Farm Show are teams from a pair of dealers in North Carolina and Virginia.  Ed Stevens from Stevens Truck and Tractor in Princeton, North Carolina will be working the BBI booth, as will team members from the multi-location James River Equipment dealership.  James River has more than two dozen locations selling ag equipment and implements across North Carolina and Virginia
