Trade Show Watch: BBI Joins Spreader Specialties for Dakota Farm Show and Agriservice for Keystone Farm Show

BBI Spreaders is kicking off 2014 with a bang—actually, with two bangs as the company joins two of its dealers for ag shows in the key Dakotas and Pennsylvania markets.

This week, the company links up with Mike Olson and Spreader Specialties of Austin, Minnesota for the Dakota Farm Show and Agriservice of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania for the Keystone Farm Show. Hosted at the University of South Dakota’s DakotaDome, the Dakota Farm Show will run from January 7-9.

BBI and Spreader Specialties join nearly 300 exhibitors entertaining more than 25,000 agricultural producers from the Dakotas and surrounding states. The show’s theme aligns perfectly with BBI’s mission, as farmers seek to educate themselves on available equipment and technology to improve yields, reduce costs, and manage risk in their business operations.

McCauley and Olson will feature Endurance, BBI’s flagship line of hydraulic spreaders for application of organic materials, at this year’s Dakota Farm Show.  Endurance comes standard-equipped with the company’s proprietary Binary Manifold for connections to precision ag technology, including the Task Command System from BBI Electronics, now a standard feature on the company’s hydraulic models.

For the Keystone Farm Show at York, Pennsylvania’s York Fairgrounds, BBI’s Gerry Winters will collaborate with the sales team from Agriservice.   This year’s Keystone event, the largest trade expo featuring farm equipment in the state of Pennsylvania, will also run from January 7-9.  The Keystone show targets full-time farmers in a multi-state region, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and northern Virginia.

Winters and the Agriservice team will be showcasing BBI’s MagnaSpread, the company’s flagship line of hydraulic spreaders for dry application of fertilizer and lime.  MagnaSpread also comes standard-equipped with the company’s proprietary Binary Manifold for connections to precision ag technology, including the Task Command System from BBI Electronics.
