BBI Launches Dealer Training Video Library

BBI Spreaders, a company committed to the design, manufacturing, and sales of spreaders for the agriculture, poultry, and construction industries, announces the launch of its dealer training video library.

As part of the BBI’s ongoing commitment to support its network of equipment dealers in the United States, Canada, South America, and Australia, the company is producing a series of instructional videos to educate dealers on the setup and operation of multiple products, as well as standard and optional component parts and technology.

The first videos housed within this growing educational channel on the company’s website help dealers to understand the following topics:

“The launch of these videos is an important advancement in the support of our dealer network,” stated Russ McEver, who leads inside sales and product support at BBI. “The farming equipment space has gotten so much more sophisticated with the emergence of ISOBUS-compatible components and precision agriculture technology.  We want this heightened sophistication to be a benefit for our dealers and customers, not something that makes their work more complicated. That’s what this is all about.”

The videos will feature within the company’s password-protected dealer micro-site, which also serves as a one-stop shop for product manuals and replacement parts.

“This is just another way that our company is stepping up to support our dealers—and there’s more to come,” stated Lee Kilpatrick, Director of Sales and Marketing at BBI Spreaders.  “As we continue to integrate our dealer sales channel with our parts and service business, as well as our emerging electronics division, we will be relentless in meeting the needs of our dealers, who, in turn, meet the needs of BBI’s farmers.  We will continue to grow this instructional library, and I think our dealers will be pleased with other support changes and innovations we have in the pipeline for the remainder of 2012 as well.”
